Registration Form for Focus on the Artists - Inclusion Series
September 17 & 18th, 2022

Artists wishing to display works in the Focus on the Artists - Inclusion Series' Emerging Artists Galleries must complete the following application and registration form and electronically submit examples of their work. Each artist must submit a minimum of two (2) (maximum five) examples of their artwork - formatted as .jpg files and uploaded to this form.

Artist must have no prior festival experience - the artist may display up to 5 pieces of art (can bring more if sold as long as properly recorded in inventory log) - artist shall pay a $20 non-refundable application fee. Students pay a fee of $15 to submit work for consideration. The artist shall be present at the booth/gallery for a minimum of 4 hours during the course of the festival - participate in a brief pre-festival organizational conference call - acceptance into the festival will be pending review.

    ​Submissions are open to all visual artists, including traditional and non-traditional mediums. Kaiser Gallery has no size restrictions on submissions, other than what can physically fit in our gallery and through our doors. Artists who have work that may exceed these limits are welcome to email us to inquire about specific dimensions (Contact@KaiserGallery.com). Submissions average 3 images per submission and should be at least 72 dpi. Submissions for digital art, such as video, interactive, or other new media should be submitted in the form of a link to the complete viewable online copy of the artwork, along with a still jpeg image that represents the work. 

    All files should be labeled with the artist’s name and title of work; Ex: Yourfullname_titleofwork.jpg. Please only submit completed work. We cannot accept works-in-progress at this time. All work also must be ready to install. Submissions must also include a CV & artist statement. All interested parties that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.​

    Submitting an entry indicates that you agree with the conditions of the Tremont Arts & Cultural Festival . When applying for a specific exhibition,  you agree to make your work available and will ensure there are no conflicting obligations for specific works until after notification of our selection results are released. You agree to be present on the dates specified should it be selected to exhibit. ​You also agree that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. By submitting this form, you also indicate that you are own the sole owner to the rights of the images/artwork/text submitted under your name.
